Navigating The List

At the far right of the light-blue bar is the Message List Navigation/Display control section.

First PageSubsequent Pages

These controls tell you where (on which page) you are in a long list of messages, and (via the "Page Selector" controls) allow you to quickly jump to any page in the list.

For your convenience, the same controls are also displayed at the bottom-right of each page.

Page Selectors

These controls allow you to page forward/backward through a long list of messages, or to jump directly to any given page. To jump to the end of the messages in the current folder, simply click the page-number drop-down, and select the highest-numbered page. Conversely, to jump to the beginning (top) of the message list for the current folder, select page 1.

Show All

The "show all" option (available on page 1 only) temporarily turns off the paging facility, and displays all messages in the folder on a single page.

Note

This may take a while to display, if you have many messages in your folder; especially if you have a slow connection (such as a dial-up connection).

It is worth remembering that the "show all" control is especially useful in conjunction with the Filter facility. Selecting "show all" and then applying a filter, (or you can do the steps in the other order: apply a filter, and then select "show all") provides you with a single, 1-page, comprehensive listing of all messages in the current folder which meet the filter criteria. You can then use the "check all" control to select the entire list for move/copy to a folder, or for deletion (moving to "Trash" folder).

GatorLink WebMail will return to showing your message list in pages the next time you change folders, "Check Mail", or click any folder-name in the left-hand menu.
