Click on Sender, Subject, Date, or Size to sort your message list by any of those fields. Click the same header again to reverse the sort-order. A small gray rectangle with an arrow (pointing either "up" or "down" ) appears next to the header by which the list is currently sorted. The default sort is by Date, in descending order (most recent first).
