Chapter 17. Copy message to Sent folder

Just below the "Attachment:" section is a check-box labeled "Copy message to Sent folder".

This box is checked by default when you begin composing a new message. If you leave it checked, a copy of the message will be placed in your "Sent" folder when you send the message. If there is no folder named "Sent", GatorLink WebMail will create one.

Because you have a limited amount of space for storing messages, you may not wish to keep copies of every message you send. Consequently, this control is provided so you may elect not to save copies of certain messages. Of course, even if you do save copies of all your outgoing messages, you can always open your "Sent" folder and selectively delete messages you no longer need.
