Use the Move/Copy buttons in conjunction with the Select a Folder drop-down. This option is found on both the "View Message" page and the "List of messages in this folder" page.

On the "List of messages in this folder" page, the Move/Copy controls work in conjunction with the message-selection check-boxes. The Move/Copy command is applied to the checked/selected messages.
