SAS 9.2 has been installed and is available for testing. The CNS PROC for SAS is scheduled to be converted from SAS 8.2 to SAS 9.2 on Tuesday, April 7, 2009.
This upgrade to SAS 9.2 is necessary to support future releases of the z/OS operating system.
Enhancements in SAS 9.2
New features in this version of SAS include:
New SAS functions, formats, and informats
Additional SAS macro language features
New options on a number of SAS procedures
New SAS/ACCESS support for DB2 Stored Procedures
Enhanced XML support
Additional SAS output formatting options
