GroupWise "Undeliverable" E-mail Delivered Anyway

Q:

I am the owner of a listserv list. When I posted a message to the list, I received an error message that said:

The message that you sent was undeliverable to the following: recipientname (UNUSED)

The recipient received the message but I still got an error message. Why is this? LC

A:

The recipient of your message is using a GroupWise account and has added the sender to a block or junk list at their GroupWise account settings. You will want to contact your client and ask her to unblock the sender which could be the listserv address, your address, or even the domain lists.ufl.edu .

She should sign into GroupWise and go to Tools->Junk Mail Handling. Then, go to the Junk list and the Block list, look for the blocked address, and click Delete.

This should resolve your problem. TLVH
