Help Me With My ADMIN Menu
| Q: | I have tried to create a requisition several times and CNS
will not accept our Dean’s name. I created other requisitions
successfully about a week prior to attempting this one. Please
advise. (CL) |
| A: | When you use the Admin menu applications, you are using
programs written by people outside of CNS. To find out whom you should call for help: go back to the Admin menu press F1 This should cause a list of phone numbers to appear at the
right side of the screen. Choose the one that is lined up with
the application with which you are having trouble. Someone at
that number should be able to help troubleshoot this problem.
If you have any trouble getting the list of numbers to come
up, please let me know. I will try to help you get that far. (tlvh) |
