Why Can't I Get to the NETg Courses List?
| Q: | I can't get to the Netg courses list. AB |
| A: | We're sorry that you're having problems accessing the
NETg courses. Here are a few things to try that are likely to fix
the problem. NETg is designed to work with the latest version of
Microsoft's Internet Explorer. It will not work well with
other browsers. Make sure you have COOKIES enabled (under Tools ->
Internet Options -> Privacy) in your browser. Setting the
slider to "Medium" should provide a workable
configuration. Make sure you have JAVA enabled (under Tools ->
Internet Options -> Advanced) in your browser. Make sure you do not have POP-UPs blocked. Reboot your computer. After your computer reboots, try again to connect. Make
sure you use your GatorLink userid and password when you log in.
If that doesn't fix things, please write back to us at
online-training-l@lists.ufl.edu,
and we will be happy to continue to work with you until we do get
the problem solved. |
